Kimberly Fine

Managing Director – Programming

Kim serves as CCBJ’s Managing Director for Programming leading the efforts for Women In Business and Law and Project: Inclusion.

A legal industry veteran, Kim served as Managing Director at ALM, formerly American Lawyer Media. While at ALM, Kim worked closely with the Editors for The American Lawyer, Corporate Counsel magazine, IP Law & Business, and Law Firm Inc., creating events to help grow their brands and materially enhance their editorial content. In addition, Kim developed the ALM’s Law Firm Management Series in partnership with Harvard Business School Press to educate the country’s top law firms. Finally, Kim served as the Director of Educational Content for LegalTech, the world’s leading tradeshow for legal technology.

Leveraging Kim’s legal relationships, she served as a contract Project Manager at Marsh FINPRO, where she was responsible for managing marketing and business development opportunities relating to the creation and launch of their Securities Litigation D&O Panel Counsel. During such time, Kim initiated and created an alliance for Marsh with the newly formed NYSE Governance Services and led the Marsh Center of Influence to identify and build relationships with centers-of-influence at law firms, accounting firms, and industry organizations and publications with Communications, Media & Technology, and Real Estate practices.

Prior to Marsh, Ms. Fine was a Senior Vice President of Executive Liability for Beecher Carlson, where she created the first ever IIS credentialed customizable Board of Directors Training program for an insurance brokerage firm and managed client relationships for several Global Fortune 500 companies.

In addition, Kim has held business and product development roles with Women Corporate Directors, and Board Next.
